為什么叫“4s店”？這里的s是指什么？
“4s店”的全稱為：汽車銷售服務(wù)4s店（automobile sales servicshop 4s）
“4s”是指集整車銷售(sale)、零配件(spare part)、售后服務(wù)(service)、信息反饋(survey)四位一體的經(jīng)營(yíng)模式。
sale 整車零售
4s店最基本的業(yè)務(wù)，主要是為顧客提供看車、試車、購(gòu)車等服務(wù)。
