it has been developed to allow the evaluation of the corrosion resistance of metals used in vehicle bodies where there is a significant influence of chloride ions, mainly as sodium chloride from winter road de-icing salt. this test is cyclic in nature, i.e.; test specimens are exposed to changing climates over time.
test specimens are placed in an enclosed chamber and exposed to a changing climate.
the test comprises 3 alternative 24 hour single cycles, methods a, b and c.method a comprises 17 hours saltwater spraying, 3 hours forced drying, 2 hours saltwater dipping and finally 2 hours natural drying.

tsh1555g交變循環(huán)腐蝕復(fù)合鹽霧試驗(yàn)機(jī)滿足如下測(cè)試條件：1、鹽霧試驗(yàn)鹽水噴霧應(yīng)按照tsh1552g周期試驗(yàn)?zāi)Ｊ街兴镜臈l件進(jìn)行。在試驗(yàn)期間，鹽水預(yù)熱器，加濕器和噴霧器內(nèi)的溫度應(yīng)持續(xù)保持在50±1℃。
2、鹽水浸泡在同樣的試驗(yàn)箱內(nèi)，由鹽水儲(chǔ)備箱將鹽水通過水泵打入試驗(yàn)箱內(nèi)，直到鹽水容量達(dá)到設(shè)定目標(biāo)，保證樣測(cè)試產(chǎn)品*浸入。鹽溶液的溫度控制在50±1℃。
3、強(qiáng)制干燥在由前一個(gè)測(cè)試過程轉(zhuǎn)換到干燥階段時(shí)，電動(dòng)排水閥會(huì)將試驗(yàn)箱內(nèi)的水全部排空，風(fēng)道內(nèi)有加熱器將循環(huán)風(fēng)吹入到試驗(yàn)箱內(nèi)，溫度控制60度，濕度在30%或更低一些。
4、自然干燥將試樣保留在試驗(yàn)箱內(nèi)進(jìn)入自然干燥階段，在此試驗(yàn)期間雖然沒有特殊的通風(fēng)要求，建議是保持室溫在20-30℃ 。
5、潤濕試驗(yàn)將試樣暴露在溫度50±1℃濕度85-90%條件下，加濕系統(tǒng)和加熱系統(tǒng)裝置工作保證測(cè)試進(jìn)行的溫濕度要求。
